As part of year two planning for the Ugandan Academy for Health and Impact, a workshop was organized from 19th-21st January, 2016 at Knowledge Centre Makerere University.
The meeting involved a session on work plan development as well as the quarterly review of all the demonstration projects. The workshop was facilitated by Marion Birnstill from the Johnson & Johnson Citizenship Trust who extended support towards the sub-granting process for year II.
At the end of the interactive sessions, numerous expectations were underscored from team members with a commitment of achieving most of them before the end of the year.This also saw all project leads take part in this process aimed at improving in key program areas; which involved the brainstorming process of formulating key goals and objectives as well as work plan activities for the Ugandan Academy.
