After the successful organisations received their awards, all staff involved in project implementation were taken through a comprehensive orientation program. Orientation on the Academy and IDI’s guidelines and expectations included monitoring, reporting, financial management, grants management and communication. Sub-grantees were subsequently introduced to the Academy’s Optimy system that manages all reporting.
